This piece is crafted using ECONYL, 100% regenerated nylon made from post-consumer waste material such as fishing nets, fabric scraps, and industrial plastic.

The Carvico VITA material is a combination of 78% ECONYL and 22% elastane. Resistant to sunscreen, oils and chlorine, this fabric is extremely soft with pilling-resistant and shape-holding properties.

All Classic Swim silhouettes utilise chlorine and saltwater-safe zinc alloy hardware.

All parcels are sent via Toll Couriers and require a signature.

Orders placed that have a shipping address in a metro area should be received within 1-3 business days after your order is processed. For all other areas outside major city centres delivery may take 3-5 business days after your order is processed.

Our Express Shipping service is a signature-required service.* This means that the courier will not deliver where there is no one to sign. A calling card may or may not be left. We recommend using a business address if you will not be present at your home address during delivery hours. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Rhythm takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. 

Disclaimers: Although we use an express shipping service, delivery times are not guaranteed and we aren’t responsible for any delays in delivery once we have despatched your order. Note that some items or promotions may alter delivery times. We accept responsibility for product up to the point of delivery of the product to the address specified in your order. We will not take any responsibility for the product after the product has been delivered to the address specified in your order. Product will usually be delivered during normal business hours. We recommend you specify an address where you can receive the order in person and it can be signed for.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Rhythm garments, so if you’re not happy with your purchase we are happy to now offer refunds on all full-priced purchases and store credits on sale items, returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return.

To submit a return please email shop@rhythmlivin.co.nz with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return. All return details will be provided via email within 2 business days. Please note that any shipping costs incurred for returning items to Rhythm NZ for a refund or store credit is solely at the customers own expense. Please ensure your return shipment uses a tracking code and note that we are not responsible for any lost return packages. It is your responsibility to ensure it reaches our returns address.

If in the event you are to receive an incorrect or defective item please contact us immediately at shop@rhythmlivin.co.nz.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
